So here is the plan....

I have a 1993 Jimmy 4 door 2wd. So no use to raise it up. and i like power so here goes the plan.

im going with either a modified Vortec 5300 V8 or a 350 sbc, then a ford 9 inch rear axle.with maybe 12 inch wide tires in the rear.

so i got ahold of some fiberglass step side pieces and am going to rivet, and glass them into the sides of the truck.

my purpose here is to gather and tips or tricks as my body work abilities and low intermediate at best. i can glass, i can fill, i can sand and paint. but im looking for tips on technique.

 

have you been stealling ideas from degaine_designs idea box?

j/k'ing, he has the same plans for his 1st gen Jimmy as well.
