4 door rear door pannel
Go to your favorite parts store and get a trim panel removal tool (little pry bar with a forked tip and a handle). This will make releasing the push pin style fasteners much easier and less likely to break things.
Then start by looking in the grab handle for a little trim cover. Pry that up and remove the two screws in there.
Once you are sure you have all of the screws out, work your way around the panel starting at the bottom sliding the removal tool around feeling for the push pins. Once you get to a pin, center the opening in the tool around the pin and then pry to release it. Continue until they are all released.
