Hey guys. Hoping someone might be able to shed some light on an issue i have been fighting for over 6 months. My truck started to miss when i would get on it. Shifting low rpm there is no issue, but accelerate.....and it misses/sputters significantly starting at 2500 to 3k rpm. In the interest of troubleshooting this issue, which has progressively gotten worse, I have embarked on replacing a number of things, i will list below and in the order replaced.

Distributor cap, rotor button, plugs, and plug wires
Distributor assembly with new cap, button and cam sensor (figured i would do new distributor and it came with a cap and button, sensor, etc)
Timing chain and crank position sensor, harmonic balancer
Fuel filter
Fuel pressure regulator
Spider injection system with new module
Various other things while in there, thermostat, hoses, etc....
Fuel pressure at the rail is around 65 psi
Was thinking maybe CAT issue but that was replaced no long ago, same with muffler

Honestly I have no idea where else to look, hoping one of the gurus on here can provide some insight
