Hi everyone,

i am considering taking out the carpet and putting down a roll-on bedliner. Are there any wires or anything else that are under the carpet that would get damaged by the bedliner? Anything else I should keep in mind?

There are wires, but I dont think bedlining over them would damage them, since they do have the jacket over the wires. just dont bed line over any plugs

 

Did ya ever get around to bedlining?? I just picked up a 1988 S10 Blazer and all the carpet and paddings are shot. so i'm going to be doing a roll on bedliner and want to know what ican expect far as prep work and what obstacles i may run into..

 

I recommend media blast the floorboard before applying the bedliner paint.
