I am going to guess you mean LED tail lights.

If this is what you are looking for, fortunately there is a vast array of options for you.

First (and most common) is the standard LED bulb replacement. These can be found at any auto parts store and even occasionally Wal-Mart. They replace your stock light bulb in your existing tail light assembly, but are LED. (Be wary, however... Some of these are nowhere near as bright as your stock bulbs, and really kind of suck)

The other options are finding custom tail light assemblies. Usually these can be found by simply typing in "Blazer LED tail light" into your favourite search engine. I use Google. The other option that seems to be most popular is eBay. Lots of them to be found there if you are patient with your searching.

If you are looking for an LED 3rd brake light, those are also plentiful from the same places I mentioned earlier. eBay is a great place to find good deals on them.

Good luck with your hunting!
