Has anyone seen the new Mini Truckin with the Devious Customs '05 Colorado front end conversion? I think it looks hot, I'm seriously considering it. My body man says he can do it, we'll have to see. If anyone knows where I could get the front bumper, headlights, grille, fenders, and hood fairly cheap, please let me know.

In the back I'm gonna have the tailgate shaved and molded and the tailights will also be shaved. I'm puttin Caddy lights back there.

I'm also tryin to find tan interior pieces. I'm having the seats, dash, and headliner redone in tan tweed, but some stuff just can't be wrapped (i.e. carpet). She's black right now and has a full on black and gray interior, which ain't gonna work well with the Candy Green paint. I'm gonna go with a tan interior with some candy green fiberglassin goin on. If anyone knows where I could find interior pieces, let me know.

Well, that about does it for today's wishful thinking. Hopefully I can have her like I want her sometime within the next year. She'll never be finished, but maybe I can have her right.

 

yeah, that conversion looks sweet! nicely pulled off. you gotta do it man! i think the only place to get colorado parts now are at a dealership. i think it may be too new for aftermarket. who knows, you may get lucky at a bone yard and find one that got rearended really hard and not a scrratch on the front. good luck! and post some damn pics!
