The chrome strip actually turned out quite well. You remove the grille and then on the back of the grille there are some fasteners on plastuc studs that hold the strip on the grille. The chrome part is now off, so sand, apply primer, color, and clear. Let dry, put it back on, bada-bing-bada-boom- enhanced looking front end.
