does anybody else have the problem withe trim around the ouside windows on the blazers trying to fade and getting really rough texture? i cant find anything to help mine and my buddy is having the same problem. hope i explained it good enough... any help woul be great

A product from Mothers called "Back to Black" works wonders on rubber/plastic trim peices that have started to fade

yeah the mothers thing works good but unless applied properly will come of in the next wash or two. but it makes it look good and it only comes off when you are using car wash solution and a pressure washer.

I've never used anything... never has faded... they say when moldings and exterior plastics are exposed to extreme sunlight, or prolonged contact with ice, they fade. I keep mine garaged, so nofading :-)

I really like armouralls "fierce" tire shine.........lasts for a long time aswell.
I use it on all my exterior black pieces, like tires, mud flaps,nerf bars, spare tire pleather case.......

I would just go to a parts store (Advance Auto Parts, AutoZone, NAPA, etc.) and ask them if they have a negative battery cable for your blazer, they might have something that is a universal fit too. I would just ask them since noone else is jumping on this problem. Also if you have something else to add please use the edit function instead of double posting on your thread unless someone else has responded. Thanks, hope this info helps.

well fine hasn't really faded, ithas started getting really rough in places, mostly over the back side windows, i use eagle one shine on it and it shines great but nothing stops the roughness
