Finally got around to painting the wheels

Woo! Looking better already.
And yes.. I masked the brakes :P
Working on wheel #2 now, then I gotta move the car so I can paint the other two. Someone... (my dad) ... parked it way to close to the hedges.
Now gotta get rid of the chrome trim... stupid stripped screws...

They look pretty good in black. I probably would've removed the center cap and painted them separately though. Is that a gloss black or satin? Also, I really love how your grille looks in black and will probably do the same with my 96. Keep up the good work!

Thanks dude
Didn't think of removing the cap.. all well, take 'em off two times a year and I never see it when it happens, so it doesn't bother me to much lol
Not sure if it's gloss or satin. It was wheel paint, don't know if they come in those options =S

I like them, you should of put some new tires on before you painted them so they would not scratch them up when new tires are installed. It is a lot of black I think you painting the tears drops is a good idea red is not a bad idea but draw it out on paper and try a chrome tear drop or a red tear drop with a chrome center cap. Just a idea, post some pics of completed rims.

Good idea, but I've seen a blazer once before with the red teardrops / black wheel and know it's what I want
