I have a stock 2000 blazer, and I was just wondering: how would I go about removing the plastic piece under the metal front bumper that the lisence plate is attached to? I noticed there are black plugs holding it on, but dont have the slightest idea on how to remove them. Any comments or advice would be greatly appreciated, I really dont want to kill the whole thing. Thanks.

 

There are a couple bolts in the very front that you access from underneath, and as far as those clips you are talking about, use a flat head screwdriver and pry up the center.
