If you look at the front bumper on this Blazer is it 2 front bumpers bottom one upside down with an air dam?

 

That's exactly what I see...

when I was in high school, I knew a guy who did that with a for Taurus, but did the entire skirt package like that. Didnt look half bad.

 

Sure looks like it to me, too. I like the police car push bar.

but yeah that certainly looks like 2 bumpers mounted together. Not a big fan of how you can actually tell that's it's two pieces... but I get what they were going for, got the lower valance closer to the ground.

 

Yeah, but the one in the picture looks like a Setina, which is actually made for a police car.
