Default Gen 2 seat swap

Most of the Blazers that are being parted out in my area are 95-97. Has anyone tried to swap over seats from those 3 years to a 98-05? These body styles are almost the exact same so I imagine the bolt placements are almost the exact same? i don't know If anyone has done this, let me know. thanks

Has no one done this? I could really use some help. If someone has already had a thread made about this, can someone send me to it? Thank you

You could try searching for "seat swaps", just a suggestion. I took seats out of my ZR2 and replaced them with Blazer ones but they were the same generation. I don't see any reason why you can't use the earlier ones in a later model or vice versa. The only thing you can run into as far as I know is if you try replacing a bench seat with buckets. Then you'll have to deal with one bolt hole on each seat.

I think there's a difference in the tracks pr bolt location...

Don't quote me...

basicly reading up on them doing it from 95-
to the 99 under up, you would just be doing the opposite...

So don't see why not...
