Headrest Removal

Does anyone know how to remove the front seat headrests on 2000 Jimmy? My FSM says to depress the retainers in the top of the seat but I can't locate any retainers.

If theres no retainers. then you might need a pick to get it out. See if you can find a small hole in the plastic around the headrest. thats is where you will stick the pick to pull it out.
