Default How to remove this piece under the seat?

This is a picture from Stanceworks.com and this is actually what I'm hoping to do on my truck, but how can I take this piece off?

I have a bench seat, if that helps. Thanks in advance.

i think that you have to remove the whole seat as that piece is actually attached to the seat from the bottom. but i would wait for a few more people to respond seeing as how i could be wrong.

I'm with Twip that you'll probably have to remove the seat from the floor to take it off. I think it attaches with screws from underneath, and unless you have a really short angle driver you can't get to it with the seat in place.

You may not like my choice of fabric if you don't like the plaid.

LOL. I actually haven't made up my mind though.
