Default How to Shave Rear Windshield Wiper

I have a 98 gmc jimmy slt and i want to remove the rear windshield wiper because I have never used it. Only problem is i don't have access to welding materials or know anyone that welds. Is there any place i can go that sells black plugs or something like that to fill in the holes? Thanks guys
