If you have added shoulder belts to the back seat of a Jimmy/Blazer, what did you use/how did you do it? Pics please! And/or where can I get the info on what years and model of trucks/suburbans/yukons/etc, seats will come closest to fitting an 1989 Jimmy?

I have the original back seat and belts but want to add shoulder belts or swap seat (last resort). I do have a roll bar and I am thinking that I can mount the shoulder strap to this, but not sure about placement, etc.

 

Try looking for the GM outfitters manual. I found it on google. It has valuable information about attachment points and such.

For the roll cage and shoulder belts I would refer to the rules and regulations of a race class maybe. These have been proven designs.

Maybe Lesmyer has something to add as well as he is racing.
