Default Lift gate " chevrolet" badge.

Hi folks. I just joined the site today. I have a question. I want to remove both the blazer and the chevrolet badges from the liftgate of my 2002 ls.I know the blazer badge is held on with double sided tape from the factory so it will not have any locator pins. My question is this. Is the " chevrolet " badge the same way?I would rather keep it on than have any locator pin holes showing in the liftgate.

Pretty sure both are just held on with adhesive.

Thanks for the reply. I'm really hoping someone who has removed it on a 2002 can tell me for sure.

I did. Used either dental floss or fishing line, don't really remember. But you can be sure there are no holes.

Thanks GreenBlazer2002 for the reply. I feel better knowing there won't be any holes.
