mystery lever on my 98 4 door
On my 1998 Chevy blazer there is a pull type lever below the drivers seat. It doesn't look like it has any function with the seat as I have power seats. It is stuck so I don't really want to just rip on it. Especially as I have no idea what it does. I've looked in the manual without finding anything about it. Google it? Any clue as to what it is would be appreciated. Thanks guys.
well this truck had been pulled behind a motor home at one point in its life. so it is most likely a quick connect for towing. Do you know if this was a stock option or was it an aftermarket add on? I don't see it in the operators manual anywhere. Glad I didn't yank it for sure now. My luck it would of stuck in the pulled position.

2 WD, right? Or if 4wd it could be they installed this and dollied the front.
Check your rear driveshaft. If there's no apparatus on it, someone just reinstalled the orig and left the handle there. What I would have done.
