Default Need a light weight removable top

Any sites where I could buy a affordable light weight top for my 84 k5? I have no preference in the material it uses, I just need one I can easily take off on my own.
Any suggestions are much appreciated, thanks.

Those guys went out of business a few years ago.

Here's a post I made a while ago:

Biggest problem is that "affordable" and "soft top" don't really go in the same sentence...

Thanks for the quick responses!

But I'd rather not get a soft top because of the scum in my area that love to cut them up.
Do you two know of any cites carrying fiberglass tops?

They are fiberglass but with all the added glass they are heavy and hard to maneuver

Oh I see. Alright, looks like I'm going to have to stick to the stock top.

Removing the top is somthing I have been mulling over as well, it's just me and the girlfriend so the weight is a concern.
I have seen some pictures on this forum of a few guys, who have built stands for there top that are level with the top of the tailgate, where you can just slide it off the back onto the stand. Hoists are a great idea if you have the availibilty, either from the ceiling in your garage or maybe a hoist frame outside.
If you search around the web, you can find some of the ways people have removed their top alone.

I am curious though, what kinds of ways others, here, have removed tops by themselves?

Yeah, I've seen that too. But I don't have much of a front yard, it's mostly overgrown with trees and bushes. There is really no room for a stand... Before I had to tarp it and leave it in the street.
