New brush guard

New brush guard
Got that brush guard I've been wanting. Check it out. It's actually a funny story b/c I initially ran out and got a 2" body lift to keep the blaze from scraping on deep inclines.....and after the brush guard it started scraping again (I assume b/c of the extra weight up front). I'm trying to compensate by getting heavy duty monotube shocks.

Looks good, that second camera angle shot is what I have been looking for, for a while, it now confirms my thoughts on how I would mount my lights, and which lights to get too. Looks great, I can't wait to get one on my truck. How long did it take you to install it?

Looks good, very nice exterior mod!!!

Actually I paid a shop $200 to install it b/c it required a custom bracket and welding to attach it to the frame b/c of the body lift.

Wow $200????? Heck i just drilled holes in the bumper relocation bracketfrom the body lift kitto mine and got it to work. But i suppose on the lighter side at least you didnt have to do any work to install it.

Can you take a picture of where it's mounted? I'm particularly interested in the bolts that hold the skid plate on.

Yeah I thought about mounting to the relocation brackets myself, but I wanted it mounted directly to the frame so if I actually hit something w/ it or need to push another vehicle it will hold up a lot better.

RE: New brush guard
Its probably scraping again because of where it goes underneath to attach to the frame isnt it?
