new (to me) 90 S-10 Blazer
Just picked up a 90 S-10 Blazer and,.... the P.O. had painted the sides of the truck a hideous blue marble color.
I couldn't stand it, so I removed and Rhino Lined it. I only did it from the "belt line" down. He had the blue in some "torn" effect painted just over the belt line. (So it's still visible, currently.) I guess I'm going to paint a silver stripe about 3/4" wide over it so it doesn't look so *bleh*.
Mind you, this is my Trail-Truck with road duty only in poor weather conditions.
Waddya think? Anyone else out there have a 1g Blazer trail truck?
I plan to black out the roof rack, grill and light bezels, squeeze some aggressive tread 30's under it and throw a safari rack on it.

Not bad. Looks like someone tapped something with that front bumper, though... (mine's worse, so don't feel bad)
I like the way these 1st gen Blazers look with the blacked out grille and headlight bezels. Mine is a "Sport" model, so it came that way factory. I think it looks a LOT more aggressive that way than chrome.
In my own personal opinion, you should Rhino-liner the whole thing. That way it matches, and they just look mean that way. Other than that, looks like you found yourself a fairly rust-free 1st gen. I like seeing those around.
Kinda curious as to what you paid for it...
