Default nice brush guard?

Ok guys, I'm new here as a member, but found myself frequently coming here for info. I'm only 17, and don't work much during the school year,so I don't have a wallet filled with cash. I have a 99 two door blazer and love it, except the 11-13 mpg. Anyway, I want to make it look... meaner? I as thinking of buying a brush guard to help with my goal. So know any nice ones that aren't too expensive?

I might actually go with an all black grille shell, but idk how it would look with the chrome bumper piece? I have a red blazer by the way.

6959 Replacement - OE Comparable Grille Assembly At StylinTrucks.com

since I am low on money i was thinking this? But the center bar isn't extended out near the lights like the original. so would I have just an empty space between the headlight and turn signal?
