U = upper or single color.

382E = the paint code which in this case is Pewter Metallic.

From what I have been learning these last few weeks (since you have the same paint code as I do)..

On the left side of your glove box sticker, Is the code BC/CC

This stands for base coat / clear coat...

All of the places I have contacted for a painted bumper, have told me this is not 'The hard one' to match..

The 'Hard one' to match is the 'Tri-Coat' paints..

I could be wrong.. But I don't think so..

382E is Pewter. When you have your color mixed, be sure it is the right alternate. For yours it is alt. 1. (Dupont chroma system)
This alt. is specific to S-10/ S-15/ sonoma, ect. The metallic is not as course as the full sized trucks, and has less of a red cast to it.

Oh, and stay away from lacquer. Base/clear in acrylic urethane. Lacquer was used from the late '50s to mid '70s. Has no durability as far as U.V., solvents and checks and cracks in a year or so unless garage kept
