power seat question

Default power seat question

I have a 95 blazer 4dr with power seats. My problem is that the drivers side seat will not move forewards or backwards when u press the button it moves sideways kinda looks like it twists any ideas

Broken slider? You really will have to either remove the seat, or get under it enough to view what is going on. If you remove the bolts holding the seat in, you should be able to tip the seat back and maintain the electrical connections. I am betting that you will find a faulty slide rail.

Ok thanks for the quick reply if it is a slide rail can i just buy a slide rail or would i have to get a new seat?
