I recently took my car down to a local body shop to see what it would cost to fix the body work and repaint the car. Well probably the worst spot on the car is right under the door on the rocker where it has rusted through. Anyways the guy told me that part alone would take over 30 hours of body work to fix and told me my car would take a total of 70+ hours to complete and would be at least $4,000 to do all of the work. Is it just me or does that sound like way too much. Especially when you can order the rocker from LMC for around $30.

 

OMG! Here in Mexico you could get a deal for that no more than a $1000 and I'm talking about a complete body and painting restoration with the best quality paint and professional people.
