Default Removing Badges

I want to remove the badges off the back of my LT and I want to know if i can take them off without any consequences towards the paint. Are the secured with adhesive or pins?
Thanks,
Dan

my were just that adhesive black tape crap...i used fishing line to get between the emblem and paint...just take your time and you will be fine. i then used goo b gone to get remainder of adhesive off. watch if you scrape at it at all, even using finger nail will leave fine scratches in paint.

I used fishing line to cut off the badge. Then I used a heat gun to get the tape off the paint. Just using Goo-b-Gone take for ever.
