Those are fenders rather than flares. Insane amount of work he put into them. Just wish he would have updated the thread if/when he got done.

It would be cool for a project. I mean like he said. He saved $700. I would do it if I had a trail rig/dd other than the Jimmy. And funny thing is, I was looking at a 1990 Bronco for $950 lol.

Looks like he ended up with some nice fenders after all. I wouldn't say they are overkill as a number of states require that the tires be "covered" by the wheel well/flare to be legal onroad.
And they do give it the look of a desert pre-runner.

I like it. Imagine a ZR2 with molded fenders and not flares. Just like that. I would look sick!
