Default Swap 98 dash into a 96 blazer?

I like the 98 and newer dash and was wondering if I could put one in my 96. Also if there would be much modification required to do this. (connectors, steering column, etc.) If anyone has attempted this and has any advice I would appreciate it.
Thanks

I'm thinking about the same thing and figured I'd bump this thread. I've swapped dash shells before in my firebird that didn't require any new wiring, but since this would require an instrument cluster change and the addition of a passenger air bag, I'd like to know what I'm up against. Does the 98+ instrument cluster use the same harness as the 96 and are the guages themselves controlled the same way by the computer? What does it take to add the passenger side air bag and have it functional?
