tail lights and clear sorners
hey any one know of a good website where i can get some nice clear corners and tail lights...custom of course....or what brand i should be looking for, also are there anythings i should worry about if i buy them, tickets exc.>>>>
So long as you use the proper colored bulbs, you should be ok. So red for brake lights and amber for turns.
Other than that, I don't know where to look, but whatever you buy, the quality won't be as good as OEM. So with that said, buy yourself a tube of silicone sealant and run a bead of silicone around the mating surface between the clear lense and the backing plate. This is because the vibratory weld that is used on about all of the aftermarket lamps is not done well enough to seal and you will most likely end up with condensation in the lense.
Now, once you get them, you better take some pictures!

Go show support to local retialers..it worth it for the community....and I dunno ur bi laws...but in Ontario....Turn signals can be either Clear or Amber.....Like the actual Light..not just the lens....so go with a Clear bulb, hyper white, if your bilaws allow it......and toss some LED's in them tai lights to make me real bright...
Be careful with LEDs, especially in the states. LEDs tend to be more unidirectional. Awhile back, I had found some plug in LED lights that had leds pointing straight back as well as towards the reflector in the tail light. This would create a much more scattered light which is required by most state laws. I think that DOT mandates that the taillights have to have a certain candle power from 70* from centerline of vehicle to straight on from the back and at like 200ft. Don't know all of the specifics, but cops are looking for any reason to pull people over these days and it would suck to put money into things that are just going to cost you more money down the road.
