Just get the covers like I did!! Autozone has them and that way you can take off the headlight ones when you drive at night so you can see, and stay legal at night!! During the day cops to care too much unless they need to give out a ticket but at night you can't really see through them so by getting the covers you have the option to take them off to see at night and on during the day to have that blacked out look!!
I have seen a cover set for a square body blazer but they don't look so good on that headlight setup as they do on the newer blazer's!! On yours I would actually suggest doing a phantom grill on the front which will tuck your headlights behind a large grill and it looks sic on your body style blazer!! You can get one here

there is also a company that makes 3m film for headlights in many differant colors of tint, can't remember the name of the company though. just do a search on headlight film and i'm sure you'll find it.
I also wouldnt recommend vht nightshades on headlights, between rocks and bugs it'll look like poop in no time. Good for taillights though and side markers.
