Default Trim panels

I removed the trim running alongside my blazer. Anyone have a good technique on how to remove the sticky residue left behind?

Goof Off, Goo Gone or WD-40 will work.

So I tried wd-40 but it was not working too well. Ended up using a propane torch and wiping it off with a rag. Some of the paint splintered but she needs new paint anyways so I am not worried about it.
