Gap guards can be bought for ~$30/axle or made. I have no gap guards on currently though.

I've got a thread on what has to be cut for the bumpers on the body lift...but I can't seem to find it. The search engine on this forum is the absolute worst. How does 'trimming for body lift' not pull up anything, on this entire forum.

Edit: Found it...still without the search though... CLICK me!

The longest parts were trimming and fitting the front and rear bumpers. Also disassembly was a pain, tracking down all the ground straps, wiring clips, and brake lines. The actual unbolting, positioning the spacers, and rebolting, and extending the fuel neck took hardly any time at all...hour or two total for those.

Also had a bit of a snag since the instructions indicated that 2000 and older only had 10 body mounts as opposed to the 2001+ having 12....I definitely had 12 mounts. Couldn't figure out why I couldn't separate the body/frame at the back for a sec [&:]

Yeah I pretty much had the same problem, minus on the 95-97 blazers you dont have to cut and extend the fuel filler neck which was one less thing to do.
