we put '95 (or was it '96?) Neon seats in my brother's '83 Dime when we built it over the Winter of '88/'89. they bolted right up to the factory S10 seat brackets.

still have the seats in there, even had our upholstry guy get some stock material for the door skin inserts.

you're gonna need to find seat rails for the S10/Blazer/Jimmy bucket seats anyways, you're switching over from a bench, right?

yeah.. i dont mind modding the floor or making brackets if i can just slap a set of caviler seats in it. the truck was my old work/parts truck at my other job i drove for like 7 years. i left for almost 2 years and no one drove it cause its a pile. i visited the old job and they had it in the garage trying to get it running and was gonna give it away. i offered him $100 for it. its just basically a winter beater to mess around, wreck and scrap when done with it

heres a few pics, now you see why i dont wanna put any money into it. bad enough i had to spend a few hours to get the thing driveable... the crane makes it all worth the while though

every s10 i ever owned seems to split in half too lol

yeah this truck used to be used to hull 55 gallon drums around. and that crane would lift and lower the barrel. for a harbor freight item. its held up really good over the years
