Default What's this called and what's it do?

I can't figure out why this is there, and why the heck it was bolted on so DARN right (I could BARLY get it off).

Going to paint it anyway Just wondering, does the bolts NEED to be that tight? Same tightness as the bumper bolts =S

It covers the gap between the rear seats and the cargo area when you fold the rear seats. If you were trying to find the real name... I don't know.

I mean I can see the left seat, but not the right. I guess it's just folded up out of the picture, but it makes it look like you took it out.

lol. I was wondering why the cover is still flipped up. Didn't notice the screwdriver. If you took the screwdriver, you'll see what it's intended use is!
