i have had my 89 for bout two years now. not really sure what to do with it so i figured i would open up to suggestions. it has a 4.3l tbi any ideas.

 

I would like to know the same thing. I am looking for the best bang for the buck. I haven't finished searching the old threads but since you started a new thread I figured I would post here.

In the past week I have replaced the....

Coil (4 times)
Distributor
Rotor button
Distributor Cap
Plug Wires
and Plugs.

Now that the truck is running smooth I figured I would do a few mild performance upgrades.
