early cpi system replacement
Random thought on the drive in.... the early cpi engines (94.and older) are basically a batch fire system right? (All 6 cylinders get fuel at the same time) so wouldn't it be possible to swap on an MPFI manifold and custom build a fuel injector driver module that takes the cpi PWM signal and splits it into 6 individual injector drivers??
The big challenge will be getting the lb/hr for 6 injectors close to what the pcm is expecting.
(Up to 94 are.not easily mpfi swapped like the 95+)
