Default Fuel efficiency solutions

oke, first of all, I love my Blazer.

But I hate paying for the gas at the gasstation. With fuel prices rizing and rizing, I am interested in fuel efficiency solutions.

I did not find a topic in this on the board, thats why In started a fresh one.

lets put all our solutions in this topic.

We have discussed it in one way or another in lots of threads over time. If you will use the 'search' function for threads concerning mpg, mileage, miles per tank, etc. you will find the ideas folks have tossed around. The main solutions have been tune ups, driving style, and tire pressure - the usual suspects.
