Hi im new to this site but i have been searching around for performance upgrades for my 99 Blazer 4.3, any suggestions? Also what are some good sites to order parts from? i tried edlebrock but they dont show parts for my year blazer

A quick search using the search feature at the top of the forum will help you with your answers. Search "Performance Parts".

To answer your question though, cold air intake is a good start, exhaust, or even a muffler is good aswell. PCM tune from wait4me, or PCM4less will increase HP and fuel milage. Headers have questionable gains. Butterfly valve restrictor mod has questionable gains aswell (throttle is snappier, not really any gains per sae) Gear change will get you better 1/4 times. Throttle body spacer is a waste. Best power gain is a 350 swap.

What's your budget?

Not to much of a budget this will be over time. I am currently working on getting the intake and exhaust. How much will the 350 swap run me?

for a near stock motor the best money spent will be on a tune

I agree with given reccomendation. And, i think, you shoukd try follow this. Proper servicing of vehicle is necessary. It increases its life.
