throtle body

I went to the auto store the other day told the guy my blazer has been kinda doggy lately he told me to spray two cans of carb cleaner in the throtle body untill the engine kills and let it sit for a minute or so then start it up butt it will smoke realy bad and he said that should take care of the problem so i tryed it and it realy helped out alot no more doggy blazer has any body ever herd of this and could it be bad for other parts involved i only sprayed one can in it by the way

Using a throttle body cleaner periodically is arecommended idea around here. I think even one full can is probably more than enough unless the TB has been way neglected.

we bought it used and it was prety dirty spraying a hole can in there made me kinda nervous specialy when i saw the smoke i thought i realy did somthing bad but its all good now
