I want to add as much as I can to my 4.3 for more power before I tune my pcm so far I only have a cold air intake I'm going to do the throttle body blade mod next week and I'm going to port and polish the throttle body then im going to install some headers I also have a flow master exhaust with double exit pipes, does this spacer work (Taylor VMAX Intake Manifold Spacers - JEGS) I also want to instal msd ignition and Taylor wires and accel coil I already have a accel cap and rotor anything else or better I can install before tunnig

No offesne, these trucks do run best with stock ignition componets. Riddle wasn't trying to be rude. Having said that, what are your plans for the truck? Bigger tires? Gear swap? I would do those things first, otherwise the computer will have to be retuned.

Dont spend your money on a CAI, throttle spacer, ANY ignition parts. A K&N is a waste of money if you are looking for performance, or are anywhere thats dusty. I have tried it all... gimmicky crap. headers and a FULL exhaust do well. PCM tune was mediocre at best. just my .02. Power isnt cheap!!
A cam, porting, headers, exhaust and a matching PCM tune will give you about 50hp.

now you're talking! good for 150+hp! I think Im going to do a LQ9 swap in the near future. I've been trying to get some easy power out of my 4.3 for quite a while, and the only sure way i've found is a complete performance rebuild, and only gain 100hp for $2000+. I can pick up a junkyard low mile LQ9 for the same price and gain 150 with real torque to go with it.
