I'll agree with the PCM tune. It's the best bang for buck mod.

Considering that you have a 95, I will help you out and tell you that you should just give up now. There is absolutely nothing for the 95 model year. If you want to find out more, search for OBD1.5.

Undersized pulleys, CAI, ummm...can't think of much more for $200.

a good CAI will be 250+ Also A CAI intake IMO is really a worthless mod unless you have an aftermarket free flowing exhaust to complement the Intake. With that said the intake might give you a little something extra that you just might "feel" But as far as what everyone else is saying the PCM Tune is really the best for it. A CAI might give yoy like 5HP extra without the exhaust, where ive seen pcm tunes unlock 20HP
