what can i do to get the most hp out of my 4.3 for about 500 to 800 bucks

what about puttin a aem cold air an a 60 series flowmaster dual exhaust

 

Pretty much all that helps is throttle response and sound. You dont really get much power gain from either unfortunately. And where are you going to run dual exhaust? Or do you mean dual exit..?

From what I've seen, it seems like the PCM tunes (wait4me or PCM4less) offer the best increases for the least amount of money. Alot of people go with intakes (myself included) and exhaust (on my wish list), and thats up to you, but just dont expect 50 more HP just because the manufacturer says it

Although, I think if you have an exhaust and intake, and THEN get your PCM tuned to account for those, you should see some better gains. They will tailor the shift tables/injector pulse/whatever they do to match the increased potential of your setup.

You could always turbo charge it!

 

I love my cam. I havent even done the exhaust/intake that I want yet but I got a lot out of my cam alone.

But, I rebuilt my entire engine and upgraded all the internals. Also bored it 20 over.

so i think wen i get my tax return im goin to put an exhaust system on i thinkin about goin with the flowmaster 60 series with a single exit like maby 3" pipe mabey if it wil fit
