I mean no disrespect, just curious... if you spent 8,000 on the paint job, why didn't you buy an aftermarket hood instead of putting the stick on scoops on?

 

A. I don't like any of the aftermarket hoods. The scoops are either way too small or overly large. I don't like cowl hoods either.
B. I plan on glassing the scoops in to makethe hood the way I like it. The scoops are not too big or too small. They go perfect with the profile of the hood.

I was just curious, that's all... wasn't being a critic. I can respect doing it because it's what you like, after all, you're the one driving the truck, you're teh one that has to like it. It's obvious that you put a lot of money and effort into your truck.

It was tough for me. I have respect for Rabbit and all the work he has into that ride but the older I get the less I care for bling on my rides However, that's one of the nicest blazers I've seen!! So my vote was heading towards the stockers. Heck, almost voted for Moonwater because I can't believe she's got an older blazer without any rust. My 93 looks like the sheriff from smokey and the bandit. Soon the doors and front fenders will just fall off. So I'd most likely want toown Hillbilly's, paddle girl's, or moon's car, however, the old full size blazer brought back some good old high schoolmemories. Nice trucks folks.!!!
