Sorry. The rules state 5 posts in each of the previous 2 months. He only made 3 posts in October, so he's short by 2. It sucks I know, it is a nice truck.

Is there a way to see how many posts per month without being admin or counting them individually?

Sure. Click the user's screen name, then click 'Find all posts by ___'. You can see the individual posts and their dates.
