Well, everything appears to be working properly to be able to get the ROTM back up and running.

Nothing too drastic has changed in the ROTM rules, but have a look at them as a refresher anyway. It has been awhile since we have had ROTM.

Someone pick a date between now and the 10th for the randomization date.
