blazer clubs in ohio
#31
im in NW Ohio, used to be a place called Toledo 4wheelers, had a friend that used to build mad mudbuggies. its just a club now. due to somereason or another they lost the land they got to use. its my understanding that they are currently looking for some land. Painted Rock is somewhere here in Ohio, and there is Rocks & Vallys in Harrison, Mich.

I would be interested in meeting up with other blazer/jimmy owners in Ohio. I go to Jeep Skool now to wheel, its a blast. 1500 acres of trails. Its family oriented and open to any 4wd vehicles. It is private property so they have rules and a "skool" once a year, but nothing common sense and respect for other's property would not include. Check out their site/forum www.jeepskool.com. Me and a friend plus a few others have Blazer/Jimmy's. Jeep Skool is open the first weekend of every month and its only $30 plus $5/passenger to wheel all day Sat and all day Sun. They also have a very nice campground (small fee to camp) and bath house. If anyone would like to go, join their forum and pm me, DANO is my sn. Our group as of now is a 95 Jimmy(me), 96 Blazer, 87 Jeep YJ, and we have a few friends that go sometimes in various rigs. Plus we have met a few good guys up there that we roll with sometimes. Just figured I would let everyone in the Ohio area know.
It's look's real neat.
I think me and my Jeep buddies are gonna check it out Feb 6-7.

Yeah, its a great time. You need a screen name to go, so sign up and browse the forum for rules, directions, etc. They are a great group to wheel with, I am sure you will have fun. I hope to be there in Feb, depends on the snow(I plow). Send me a pm on their site if you want to meet up. If not, have fun! Dano

I made it out to Yankee on the preseason day in April and the opening night. The April day was good, but the opening day was a mess. My front actuator went out as soon as I got to the trail. I made it in 2wd thanks to the Trxus MT's, but it was a mess. I will be there a few times this summer I am sure, I drive a silver 95 Jimmy with a snorkel.
