California meet interest?
 

Any going on in the near future?
if not anyone interested in making one happen?
I am down to do a BBQ if there is enough interest, and enough people willing to chip in $ or bring food or supplies needed for the BBQ.

I have driven down to socal. i'm in the bay area. there are plenty good looking trucks around. I don't know the score with the drivers. I haven't heard of any clubs around. I guess that's not exactly correct... there are piles of cc for pre-63. I'm tempted to do a body swap with an old truck just so I can go eat bbq! lol

Ill cruise by with my truck. I'm only in Riverside :p

there is one club that i know about it is call =SUNSET= IE the have both lifted and bagged truck but hit me up if you want more info...i have a family member who is in a =SUNSET= chapter in SD.

Which buffalo wild wings the one in Irvine? What sucks about that place is that its a shopping center and im sure they would like u around for so long. i think a bbq at a park sounds better but its up to u guys.

I was thinking the Buena Park One. But either works.. I been to meets there with my other truck.. Weve had about 15 trucks there at a time.. I also used to host mod days where we had over 20 trucks show up.. Good times.. I'm in Buena Park by Knotts

Any interest in a SoCal overnight desert outing? Trona Pinnacles/Panamint Valley? Anza Borrego? Mojave Nat'l Preserve? Joshua Tree? Easy four-wheeling and exploration. Don't need to prove what a 4X4 can do, just get to a few places you won't visit in a mini-van. Bring the kids and dogs.

Im definitely still interested in starting a meet, but currently having MAJOR issues with my Blazer at the moment.. (transmission) :(

My n the GF would still be up for a SoCAl meet too, but can't put in the effort to organize it.
And like 05prerunner, our beast has been garaged with troubole more often than not!
Sorry that we don't have a reliable Blazer mechanic around here either.
But we'll keep watching here for SOME event to get dreamed up!

Yep, always good to have one or two other vehicles along. Could gather at some place like Barstow or Four Corners for fuel and chow. Do Afton Canyon, find the megaphone, head down to Ludlow for some DQ, and loop back. Or something else, lotsa places to explore in our dez.

Come on guys we had some great ideas and little by little it died out....

If we figure out what city everyone stays at then we find a half way point for all of us and there we go..

alright lets try it this way. who would be up for a trail run in the cajon pass this coming weekend? close enough for all of us in socal to be able to go up for the afternoon, hang out, go around some trails, and have some lunch?

Finally got my transmission rebuilt.. And replaced a couple other parts... So I'm definitely down for a meet.. I'm in Buena Park by Knotts Berry Farm.. Not sure how capable my blazer would be off road.. As I'm not lifted and running street tires that are somewhat low on thread lol..
