Default Do these trucks have different frames over the years?

Hey guys, I saw a nice push bar from westin but it says years 98+. whats the difference between the 1995 , 1996, 1997 to 1998?? I thought it was the same body style and everything???

the frames as far as i know are not different (correct me if im wrong here) the only difference i see would be the headlight headlights/grill.....(edit)oh, there was something a little bit different, i think the mounting brackets wont fit for some reason, the guard it self will, you would need to make/have someone else make the mounting brackets i do beilve

Thanks, I did not know this. I would be shocked that GM changed the frame in 3 years time. wouldnt make sense. I want to buy a bar but afraid the 98 wont fit at all.

it will, just like m3ch said, you will have to custom make the brackets. not to hard.
