Did some bbq chicken thighs on the grill with some rice and steamed green beans tonight
And for dessert some chocolate peanut butter ice cream topped with salted caramel ice cream topped with some nummy Swiss cake rolls

Tonight its pork adobo over rice!
Sautee'd in the InstantPot for a for about 5-7 minute then added in some additional ingredients before closing the lid and letting the pressure do its thing for 25 minutes.
A little kick!
And before I closed the lid
I'll be back later with the finished product...

24oz grilled ribeyes with some purple and white roasted potatoes and grilled zucchini
Some very juicy grilled London broil
And some grilled/steamed rainbow trout with dill butter marinade with mixed veggies and riced cauliflower.
