Default Airborn

Alright who has been airborn in their blazer..
My old s10 i got all 4 wheels in the air

Ive had that s10 in the air twice, first time was going across a railroad track at about 90kmh on a grid road, got closer and recommended speed was 30, flew so high into the air i flew outta my seat and smoked my head on the roof, landed so hard the suspension bottomed out and my mud flaps ripped off. The second time (in the pic) i did a few times, got the speed right and landed on the transition smooth, one time i did this jump a guy in a sunfire was following me and cased the jump nose heavy and ripped the front bumper off.. LMFAO
another time in the s10 i drifted a corner and just caught the tip of a curb with the rear wheel and it flipped me around the other way into the ditch....came 3 inches from a pole, ..stopped...went phewf...about 5 seconds later. SLAM..i was up on 2 side wheels for a few second and didnt know it, as soon as i dropped back down i nearly deuced my pants..after i got out i noticed a pole that was on the ground, it caught both front and rear tires and when i slid up the sign, that pole on the ground stopped me from hitting it...talk about luck, as for the blazer closest ive been to airborn is driving down the highway trying to scare awake the two people in the back seat i gave it a sharp swerve and got er up on two wheels..
Anyone else been airborn? PICS would be AWSOME!

Not in the Blazer but I did chirp the tires on 'landing' like an aircraft in my old Astro. Coming down a long hill with a raised cross-road in it at the bottom. Not sure if all four were in the air or just the front two, but definitely had some form of liftoff!

nice, we had a dip in the road where i lived in regina and my buddy always hit it in his astro, it got nicknamed the astro jump..............on that same jump in the pic i had a guy in the back of the truck when i did it once (he wasnt to bright and insisted on riding it in the back), and my spare tire was just loose in the box and flew up and smoked him in the face

I almost spat water all over my laptop lmao.

Had my Blazer airborne on my GF's camp road, cruisin along at 90kph and this little uphill rise apparently had a lip at the end and acted like a motocross jump... I'd say I cleared about 3 feet of air and landed smooth on the other side of the hill somehow. Had I been going any faster I would have overshot and Layla would have been written off right then and there.

3 feet? My friend was following me and crapped himself when I aired it out.

As for snowmobiling I jumped a dock burried in the snow drifts on a lake once accidentally... How I landed it I don't know.

i believe i got an inch or 2 when doing 95 (max speed) on some backroads, i went over a hill and at the crest i felt the vehicle just raise higher than the suspension would allow, i had 3 friends in it and the chick screamed out my ear drums

apparently what my buddy does with his riced out neon, is its a standard, apparently important. Going 100kmh, goes in neutral, turns it off, then turns it back on while coasting and it bypasses the govenor.......i havnt quite figured out if hes full of crap tho

My Blazer has seen more air than a skateboard at the X-Games. <Not my joke, but still funny.

I've jumped 3 different times- the first time I jumped, I was riding with my dad on my way to get my license. We hit some railroad tracks with a very decieving slope that didn't appear to be that steep.
The second time I was going up an alley with a sudden hill about three feet high. Just for fun I gunned it... Probably got about a foot or so of air.
The third time was nothing special, just an inch or so going over a big hump in a parking lot at about 27-30 mph. Not intentionally, of course, but I was running from someone at the time.

I've never been airborn, but I've felt really light a couple times. Both were going over RR crossings.

One time was on a road about 20 minutes south of where I am. The road is actually fairly hilly, and the crossing sits at the top of a hill that's about 8 feet up, then it drops back down a couple feet on the other side. I went up, my stomach went into my throat and back down. I didn't just crash onto the ground, it was actually pretty smooth, but I scared the crap out of myself nonetheless. That's why I avoid roller coasters, lol.
